CT Construction was founded more than 20 years ago by Chris Thomas, built on a simple principle: do quality work and treat customers the right way. Shortly after launching the business, Chris brought his brother Patrick Thomas on board. Patrick quickly became the company’s lead Project Manager, known for his hands-on approach and strong commitment to delivering custom construction solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

What started as a small, locally focused operation has steadily grown into a trusted construction company serving homeowners throughout Northwest Ohio. Along the way, CT Construction has assembled a skilled team of professionals who share the same attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship that the company was built on.

Today, CT Construction offers a wide range of residential construction and remodeling services. From new home builds and room additions to kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishes, drywall, marble and tile work, and custom interior updates, we handle projects of all sizes with the same level of care.
