For more than 20 years, CT Construction has been built on a simple philosophy: do first-class work and treat customers the right way.

CT Construction was founded by Chris Thomas, who established the company with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, honest service, and putting customers first. In 2023, Denver Weihrauch purchased the company and proudly continues that same philosophy and tradition of excellence.

First and foremost, our focus is Jesus Christ. It is because of Him that we have the opportunity to do what we do, and we strive to honor Him through our work, our relationships, and the way we serve our customers.

Shortly after the company was established, Chris brought his brother, Patrick Thomas, on board. Patrick quickly became CT Construction’s lead Project Manager, bringing a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to providing custom construction solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

What began as a small, locally focused business has grown into a trusted residential construction company serving homeowners throughout Northwest Ohio. Along the way, CT Construction has built a skilled team of professionals who share the same strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship that have defined the company from the beginning.
